REAL woman

what makes a REAL woman?

like most woman I love looking of the gossip and fashion sights and when I scroll down and see comments judging, putting other woman down about their bodies and its always other woman doing it.

I see time and time again woman using the term she doesn't have a REAL woman's body, whether the woman has small boobs, no butt, a bigger lady or really slim, in this day and age young girls and woman have such a horrible and sad view of their own body myself as well.

we have such an unhealthy view on the way we look, I don't think that their is a real woman's shape and if you don't fit that mould then you aren't a woman its so silly, it doesn't matter what shape or size you are as long as your healthy we are all prone to carry weight differently we all weren't meant to be one size or shape love the body you were given you are a real woman.

spring 2014 makeup

I think this is a beautiful trend for spring, a natural face with a simple berry lip it was on the catwalk of  Michael Kors collection.

the spring trends for 2014 are quite simple and with this look its a faint pale whitE on the lid with a little liner its such a stunning look and easy everyday look.  Jenny Packham, Tibi, Alice + Olivia were just a few of designers using this trend in their shows.

For those who love a pop of colour green is the on trend colour for spring 2014 it looks gorgeous on any skin tone, Lela rose models were wearing this looking when showing her 2014 collection.

 you cant have an evening out without a little bit of sparkle and this look is so stunning, It was on the  Jason Wu catwalk and the Lancome makeup artists used a black smudge crayon with a brown Matt shadow and loose glitter on top.

I have been wanting this for so long I am addicted to yogurt and this yogurt maker is amazing, you mix  the sachets with water put it in the container  fill the container with hot water leave for 8-12 hours and leave it to the side (no refrigerator needed) and its done so much healthier than shop bought.
