RED LIP

Every woman needs a staple red lip, it automatically changes your makeup, I went for a dark berry red lip I think it suites my pale complexion the one I'm wearing is from collection its called revenge 3

For the day time when I want to rock a bold red lip I keep the rest of my face natural and let the lip stand out.

Autumn Layers

Autumn is my favourite season, the leaves are turning beautiful colours and falling off the trees hearing them crunch under your feet as you walk, which only means one thing cosy layers as the day get colder.

Here is what I wore on my walk and running errands

I have layered to tops a green top from Primark £3 with a grey textured stripe top from www.h+m.com £7 paired with super soft skinny jeans from www.newlook.co.uk £19.99 necklace also from H+M £2.99 the boots I bought from Newlook last year also my Primark coat that cost £25 which I bought 2 years ago so sadly they do not do any longer I love it, the colour is gorgeous it adds a pop of colour to my Autumn wardrobe.

Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel foundation review

When it comes to foundation I find it hard to find one that fits my skin tone, I had read great reviews on Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel foundation so i thought I would check it out as it was meant to look great on those who have fair skin like myself.

When I tried it in store it looked great, but bring it home I found that the yellow base to it is very yellow on the skin. those with a yellow undertone to their skin need a yellow base in foundation but I found this to be a bit too yellow.

The good points about the foundation is that its a serum which is great for those who have dry skin as it locks in the moisture. It applies really well it goes on even giving a light to medium coverage and you can build layers of the foundation if you wish too.

It sets quickly and does last all day I wore it for 10 hours and it was still looking great at the end of the day.

Other than the colour I loved this foundation I may go back and try the shade up to see if that's less yellow.

when I comes to autumn winter I love a good pair of ankle boots, I fell for these as soon as I saw them, they were a little different with the 3 gold buckle detail on the side and just the right height to wear with jeans and dresses with tights I cant wait to wear them.

I'm not one to wear skits but I saw this I loved the rich colours, it is a tube skirt with a pretty print that will look great with a chunky knit jumper tights and ankle boots a little out of my comfort zone but looking forward to trying something new.

when I got to the till and had paid my bill they gave me a free goody bag I was shocked I'm guessing its because I spent over £40 here is what I got.

John Legend concert

On 9th October 2014 I went to see John Legend at the Motor point Arena Cardiff, what a delight he was and really funny too which I didn't expect.

Over the years I have been to a few concerts, it was really nice to go to a concert that was stripped back though it was a big arena it felt like you were the only one in the room. It was intimate the musicians were truly talented and john legend was awesome it was a great night definitely recommend it.
