Work Out Plan

Along side my healthy recipes that I will be posting every Wednesday, each Wednesday I will also be posting what exercise I have been doing helping my body stay as fit as possible and lets face it get in shape for summer.

I want to have a strong healthy body not skinny, I will show you the exercise I have been doing to make my body strong, healthy and toned.

I will be doing yoga, Pilate's, weight exercises and many more, it will be everything I can do at home no gym member ship necessary.

I'm looking forward to giving you guys an insight in what I am doing and I hope you can come along on the journey with me, if there's a work out that you find fun and is free to do comment below I would love to know.
